How can I be sure that Estates in Transition will properly care for the personal belongings of my client?
As licensed professionals we hand select and train a trustworthy and meticulous team to care for your client’s personal items. We inventory each item of potential family, historical, or monetary value. It is our sincere interest to locate and preserve treasured belongings.
How does Estates in Transition package its services? Can services be purchased separately?
We prefer to take a home and its belongings from “as it was left” to renovated, sparkling clean, and colorful, and on to a successful sale. This approach takes the burden off of the client and
allows the client the best potential for profit. Sometimes, certain of these stages are not needed, and in those cases we proceed with the assistance that best suits the client.
How much do the services provided by Estates in Transition cost?
Our rates are extremely reasonable: Hourly fees, fixed fees, or commissions will be quoted in our estimate to you. When repair persons or contractors are necessary, their charges are billed separately, but those charges will be projected in the estimate, then appropriate estimates obtained from them before they start any repairs or renovations.
