MILL VALLEY Ver 10/03 WHERE YOU GOTTA EAT: -+ D'Angelo, 22 Miller Avenue 388-2189 www.piazzadanelo.com. Reputed to be great, but the cheese paper in the salad on the third try for an entree and the NOISE remove it from consideration for an evening out. I do enjoy prosciuto and melon and a glass of Chianti at the tables to the right of the door; then I can people watch the comings and goings and the streets of Mill Valley. + First Crush, 24 Sunnyside 982-7800/982-7874 www.firstcrush.com (also in San Francisco). The food is delicious and the wines (as it should be) are very special. Noise is moderate, which as you know is a very big plus with me. I loved the experience, except it was too, too long: the service for the main course took foooooreeeeeever. +++ Jenny Lows, Miller Avenue. Wonderful Chinese food makes up for a noisy environment and allows a casual and fun evening. -----Vascos. Because we were thrown out and yelled at (yes, yelled at, when we never raised our voices), just because we only wanted desert (we twice told the hostess that was why we were there), we strongly suggest you absolutely avoid the place. WHERE TO STAY:
WHAT YOU GOTTA DO AND SEE:
EXERCISE +++ Richardson Bay run. Take the old train bed, now a paved pathway, to Mill Valley and back.
