Introduction  A Word 

Although our efforts focus on assistance and representation of estate planning issues, those issues are quite varied.  Proper compensation for a developing attorney and client relationship can best be discussed with Attorney Hastings in the initial interview, or, if the matter is complex, during the first several meetings.  Whenever possible the determinations about compensation will be agreed upon in a written employment agreement.  Accompanying the employment agreement will be the office policy about the attorney client financial relationship which is written in a pamphlet entitled " A Word About Privacy and Your Financial Relationship with the Law Offices of J.R.
