Hours
The offices are open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
We ask your pardon for any inconvenience, but when only one secretary is available the office may close for lunch (noon to 1:00 p.m.).
The office is closed on all federal holidays and the day prior and the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's.
The telephone has an answering service, with messages periodically reviewed on days the office is not open, and first thing every business day.
Our fax is available during business hours.

Directions to
1003 Third Street, San Rafael
To San Rafael from Points North (Northern Marin, Sonoma County)
- Take Highway 101 South.
- Take the Central San Rafael Exit.
- Get into the rightmost lane.
- Cross Mission, then Fifth, then Fourth.
- Turn right at Third Street and continue toward 1003 Third (our office will be on the left-hand side).
- For parking, get into your rightmost lane and take a right on A Street. Halfway up the block, take a left into the City of San Rafael parking garage. Your parking voucher will provide you with one hour of free parking. The fee for parking is fifty cents per half-hour after that.
To San Rafael from Points South (Southern Marin, San Francisco)
- Take Highway 101 North.
- Take the Central San Rafael exit.
- Get into the leftmost Jane.
- Cross Second Street (which is the one-way traffic headed to your right) and travel to Third Street (one-way traffic headed toward downtown San Rafael).
- Take a left onto Third Street and continue toward 1003 Third (our office will be on the left-hand side).
- For parking, get into your rightmost lane and take a right on A Street. Halfway up the block, take a left into the City of San Rafael parking garage. Your parking voucher will provide you with one hour of free parking. The fee for parking is fifty cents per half-hour after that.
To San Rafael from Points East (East Bay, via Richmond-San Rafael Bridge)
- Get onto westbound Highway101 and head for San Rafael.
- Take the Central San Rafael exit.
- Get into the leftmost lane.
- Cross Second Street (which is one-way traffic headed to your right) and travel to Third Street (one-way traffic headed toward downtown San Rafael).
- Take a left on Third Street and continue toward 1003 Third (our office will be on the left-hand side).

To Our Office from Near Points West (The West End, West Marin, San Anselmo, etc.)
- Get to Second Street.
- Stay in leftmost lane.
- Turn left onto Lindaro Street.
- Turn left onto Third Street and continue toward 1003 Third (our office will be on the left-hand side).

Traveling to Our Office from Peacock Gap
- Take Third Street past Montecito Shopping Center and cross Grand A venue (United Market on your left).
- Get into the leftmost lane as you're passing United Market.
- Continue on Third Street, toward 1003 Third (our office will be on the left-hand side).
- For parking, get into your rightmost lane and take a right on A Street. Halfway up the block take a left into the City of San Rafael parking garage. Your parking voucher will provide you with one hour of free parking. The fee for parking is fifty cents per half-hour after that.
