Hours
The offices are open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
We ask your pardon for any inconvenience, but when only one secretary is available the office may close for lunch (noon to 1:00 p.m.)
The office is closed on all federal holidays and the day prior and the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years.
The telephone has an answering service, which is periodically reviewed on days the office is not open, and first thing every business day.
The facsimile is available during business hours.

Directions to 851 Irwin Street, Suite 206, San Rafael
From North of San Rafael
Take Highway 101 south and turn off at the Central San Rafael exit. Proceed paralleling Highway 101 (Hetherton) to the fifth stoplight (across the street from the bus station) and turn left on Second Street. Take the next left into the parking lot.
From South of San Rafael
Take Highway 101 North and turn off at the Central San Rafael exit. Proceed paralleling Highway 101 (Irwin) to the second stoplight and turn left on Third Street. Take the next left into the parking lot.
From the East (Richmond-San Rafael Bridge):
At the west end of the Richmond-San Rafael Bridge continue straight ahead on the freeway to Highway 101 North. Take Highway 101 North and turn off at the Central San Rafael exit. Proceed paralleling Highway 101 to the second stoplight and turn left on Third Street. Take the next left into the parking lot.
From Fairfax, San Anselmo, and Ross
Proceed to San Rafael via the Miracle Mile and Second Street. Cross Hetherton, pass under Highway 101, and immediately take the next left into the parking lot.
